Pretreatment for Biofuel and Pet Food

Industrial Grinding & Shredding

7-SHRED-2

Choose the 7-SHRED-2 for your most powerful jobs. This unit has a throughput capacity of up to 1,504 ft3/hr and can be configured with a 30-, 60-, 75-, or 100-HP motor. The 7-SHRED-2 features customizable hardened steel cutters, a rugged cast housing construction, and a direct-gear drive to handle heavy-duty applications easily. Optional features include food-grade nickel-plated housing, stainless steel cutting chamber components, and custom hoppers or stands.

3-SHRED 3-SHRED-2

The 3-SHRED and 3-SHRED-2 are ideal units for small-to-medium waste processing applications. The 3-SHRED comes with a standard 5-HP motor and has a throughput capacity of up to 131 ft3/hr, while the more powerful 3-SHRED-2 comes with a standard 10-HP motor and can process up to 141 ft3/hr of waste. Both grinders can easily shred rocks, wood, clothing, and other tough debris, have integrated steel scrapers, and can come with optional food-grade nickel-plated housing, stainless steel cutting chamber components, and custom hoppers or stands.

4-SHRED-2

Cut bigger problems down to size with the 4-SHRED-2. Like all models in the SHRED series, the 4-SHRED-2 has dual-shafted, slow-speed, high-torque shredders, customizable cutters, and integrated steel scrapers. It can also come with optional food-grade nickel-plated housing, stainless steel cutting chamber components, and custom hoppers or stands. This shredder can be configured with a 15-, 25-, or 40-HP motor and can process up to 393 ft3/hr of waste.

3-HYDRO Open-channel

Featuring two rows of low-speed, high-torque grinders and a 5-HP standard motor, our powerful 3-HYDRO Open-channel unit can easily shred tough solids like drill cuttings and seafood waste that would otherwise damage downstream equipment and potentially cause costly sewage line clogs. It’s also well-suited for low and high-flow applications, as it can handle flow rates up to 5,620 GPM. The 3-HYDRO is also compact, making it a perfect fit for most wastewater channels. It has many optional features, including customizable steel guide frames for easy installation, Wipes Ready® Cutter Technology, and immersible motors.

4-HYDRO Open-channel

Enjoy more power with the 4-HYDRO Open-channel grinder, featuring a standard 10-HP motor. This compact grinder was designed for large sludge processing systems and high flows up to 2,100 GPM. With its dual-shafted, low-speed, high-torque grinders, the 4-HYDRO can also cut challenging solids down to size and effectively precondition sludges, slurries, and waste materials. It has many optional features, including custom installation guide frames, multiple cutter configurations, and immersible motors.

3-HYDRO In-line

Versatile and flexible, the 3-HYDRO In-line grinder is perfect for many operations, including meat processing, recycling plants, and petroleum processing. It features JWC Environmental’s standard dual-shafted, customizable cutters that rotate slowly with high torque and can be installed into pipelines up to 12 inches in diameter. This compact grinder also has a standard 5-HP motor and optional Wipes Ready® Cutter Technology and can handle flow rates up to 2,450 GPM.

4-HYDRO In-line

The 4-HYDRO is our most powerful In-line model. It features a 10-HP motor and dual-shafted grinders that can easily cut through rocks, wood, animal waste, plant waste, and other debris. This grinder can also come with Wipes Ready® Cutter Technology to better handle fibrous materials like rags and wipes. It can fit into pipelines up to 20 inches in diameter and handle flow rates up to 6,860 GPM.
