The dewatering press is constructed with 304 stainless steel to handle acidic wastewater and features a shaft-mounted TEFC washdown-duty gear drive motor, removable access panels, and adjustable pressure plate and pneumatic controls. JWC Environmental provides a range of fully enclosed, CEMA 300-compliant USB/UST (shafted) conveyors, suitable for both drainage and non-drainage applications. These conveyors, available in various diameters and customizable lengths, are corrosion-resistant and capable of handling acidic wastewater. They are equipped with a shaft-mounted TEFC motor and gearbox suitable for washdown duties and include inspection ports for easier maintenance. Depending on the chosen model, these conveyors can process between 1 and 16 yd3/hr of wet solids.
