With its dual-shafted, low-speed, high-torque grinders, the 4-HYDRO can also cut challenging solids down to size and effectively precondition sludges, slurries, and waste materials. It has many optional features, including custom installation guide frames, multiple cutter configurations, and immersible motors.
Our industrial Auger Monster® features our powerful Monster HYDRO grinder to reduce challenging solids. Additional design features include a fine perforated screening trough for solids entrapment, a rotating auger for solids removal, dual wash zones that clean the screenings, and reduce odors. It also comes with an optional compactor that dewaters the discharge, a cold weather system, or a discharge bagger. The Auger Monster® is capable of managing flows up to 4 MGD and is designed to fit channels as small as 12 inches wide.

The dewatering press is constructed with 304 stainless steel to handle acidic wastewater and features a shaft-mounted TEFC washdown-duty gear drive motor, removable access panels, and adjustable pressure plate and pneumatic controls. JWC Environmental provides a range of fully enclosed, CEMA 300-compliant USB/UST (shafted) conveyors, suitable for both drainage and non-drainage applications. These conveyors, available in various diameters and customizable lengths, are corrosion-resistant and capable of handling acidic wastewater. They are equipped with a shaft-mounted TEFC motor and gearbox suitable for washdown duties and include inspection ports for easier maintenance. Depending on the chosen model, these conveyors can process between 1 and 16 yd3/hr of wet solids.

The Heavy Object Trap is available in three basket capacity sizes for use in 4-inch and 6-inch pipelines, can handle flow rates up to 600 GPM, and comes with various optional features, including a flow meter or plug valve.
