Clean your screenings with our Monster Wash Press. This self-cleaning washer compactor features a pre-wash zone to soak screenings and improve the separation of organics from solids, a brushless auger rotor that helps the debris move to the active wash zone, and a paddle rotor to mix and efficiently break down debris. The Monster Wash Process also has multiple perforated screening options (2, 3, or 6 mm) and can be outfitted with a Muffin Monster® grinder to precondition debris contained in screenings.

The SLB Screening Conveyor Compactor is a pre-treatment screening solution for small remote treatment applications. It features a screening press that dewaters solids, a spray system to return organic components into the treatment process, an auger-style screen that can remove solids down to 780 microns, and an optional screening bagging system. It can handle flow rates up to 300 GPM and receive pumped influent from 2- or 3-inch sewage pumps.
