Drop-in ready manhole with integrated grinder for pump protection anywhere
The Monster Industrial® Manhole makes it easier to install a grinder into a sewage system. The fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) manhole can accommodate the channel mounted 1, 3 and 4-HYDRO-C grinders. Users can also select a Channel Monster® CMD single drum grinder for dealing with higher flow levels. With this flexibility, the Monster Industrial Manhole can now treat difficult solids and eliminate costly pump breakdowns for flows up to 2,060 GPM. Designed and built off site, the Monster Industrial Manhole makes for a quick, clean installation. On site, a hole and a concrete slab to mount the FRP manhole are all that is required before you are ready to install the chamber, connect the power and the sewage line, and begin operation.
Using a 48” diameter standard barrel and prefabricated channel design to suit the relevant grinder model, the height, pipe size and choice of traffic or hatch top cover makes the Monster Industrial Manhole a cost-effective and customizable solution for ease of installation in gravity sewage systems.
