How It Works
- You submit a maintenance program request through our online form.
- We’ll contact you to schedule a service date.
- On the scheduled service day, a factory service technician will arrive on site to assess your equipment’s overall performance and perform needed maintenance.
- After the initial maintenance work is completed, you’ll receive a detailed report that includes recommendations to help keep your equipment working optimally.
- Our technician will work with you to schedule a recurring maintenance day for your facility.
If you have any new employees on site, our technician can also train them on how to use the equipment. Please note that this service is only available for JWC-manufactured systems.
